- 125 g Butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g almond meal, you can mill your own
- 220 g caster sugar
- 110 g cocoa

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Combine Sugar & cocoa and Turbo 3 times in 1sec lots.
Transfer to a amall bowl (for later use)
Weigh butter and melt 37* sp 1.5 1.30mins / or until melted
Re add your sugar and cocoa mix,
Now add 4 eggs and combine sp 4 40secs or until combined
add almond meal and combine sp 4 40secs or until combined.
Pour into slice tin and bake 200* for 30-35mins, or until skewer comes out clean.
NB - after last step of combining almond meal I added 1 cup frozen raspberries and combined sp 2 20secs, you could add anything you wish..
Once baked, let completely cool in pan before slicing.
