  • 200 grams Dark or Milk Chocolate, broken up
  • 250 grams Butter, Cubed
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 250 grams brown sugar
  • 200 grams plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celcius (fan-forced)

  2. Place chocolate in bowl 10sec/sp9

  3. Add butter and cocoa to bowl 50 degrees celcius/3-4mins/sp3 (until melted and smooth)

  4. Scrape down lid and bowl

  5. Add sugar, flour and baking powder to bowl 20sec/sp3

  6. Add eggs 30sec/sp4

  7. Pour mixture into a greased 20cm square cake tin lined with non-stick baking paper

  8. Bake 50-60mins or until just set in the centre

  9. Allow to cool slightly in the tin before serving
