- 200 grams Dark or Milk Chocolate, broken up
- 250 grams Butter, Cubed
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 250 grams brown sugar
- 200 grams plain flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celcius (fan-forced)
Place chocolate in bowl 10sec/sp9
Add butter and cocoa to bowl 50 degrees celcius/3-4mins/sp3 (until melted and smooth)
Scrape down lid and bowl
Add sugar, flour and baking powder to bowl 20sec/sp3
Add eggs 30sec/sp4
Pour mixture into a greased 20cm square cake tin lined with non-stick baking paper
Bake 50-60mins or until just set in the centre
Allow to cool slightly in the tin before serving
Enjoy slightly warmed with vanilla ice-cream YUM!
