If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 180C. Grease and line brownie tray.Place walnuts and white chocolate in "Closed lid" to roughly chop. Mix for 2-4 seconds, speed 4. So still chunky.*Remove from bowl and set aside to add later. Place butter and dark chocolate into "Closed lid" bowl. Grate 8 seconds, speed 6. Scrape down sides of "Closed lid" bowl. Melt at 50C for approx. 4 minutes, speed 2. Scrape sides of the "Closed lid" bowl.Add cocoa and sugar. Mix for 5 seconds, speed 3 in "Closed lid" . Then while blades are still running add eggs, one by one until incorporated (approx. 10-20 seconds).Add plain and SR flours in "Closed lid" , mix for 10 seconds, speed 4.Add walnuts and white chocolate to "Closed lid" , mix for 8 seconds, speed 3-4"Counter-clockwise operation" . Spread into prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes on temp 180C, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan. Cut into rectangles. Dust with icing sugar. Serve warm with ice cream and fresh strawberries. YUM!

If you don't have any SR flour replace with plain flour.
Keep in fridge and warm for a few seconds in microwave before serving with cream, ice-cream and stawberries.
