Chocolate Peppermint Bliss Balls

  • 140 g Cashews, raw
  • 140 g medjool dates, flesh
  • 20 g dessicated coconut
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder, raw
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 3 drops Peppermint Oil, food grade or edible

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients tpo mixer bowl.
  2. Combine well for 1min/speed 9/MC on.
  3. If your mixture is dry, add 10g or 0.3oz coconut oil and mix for a further 10sec.
  4. Roll into small balls, coat with desiccated coconut if desired and refrigerate for 1hour.
