Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place the cherry ripe bars, biscuits and cocoa into bowl and mix speed 5 for 8 seconds.
Once combined add the can of condensed milk, mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Take heaped teaspoons of the mixture and roll into balls, covering with coconut. You can also add some red food colouring to the coconut.
Once all the mixture is rolled leave to set in fridge! Enjoy!

These are very decadent, packet full of sugar and carbs and utterly delicious! I rolled the mixture out to abut 2cm high and cut into equal squares before rolling (wet my hands to prevent too much sticking). Such an easy christmas present treat for teachers. Had to set in fridge many times during rolling and coating as weather was very hot. Warning, make these on a full stomach or you'll find yourself devouring too many of them. Thanks for posting.
