If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add all ingredients as listed into a 1L jar.
Press down after each ingredient to pack in well.
Wrap with a pretty ribbon, and include below instructions.
Add 100g butter to TM bowl. Melt for 1 minute, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add 2 large eggs, 300ml milk and all contents of jar into TM bowl. Mix for 10 seconds, reverse, speed 5.
Divide between 12 large or 24 medium muffin cases. Bake at 190C for 18-20 mins. Lovely served warm with butter.
Use within 4 weeks.
