- 75 grams raw sugar

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking trays with baking paper.
Place dates, walnuts and weetbix in the TM bowl. Turbo2 or 3 times.
Transfer to a separate bowl. No need to clean the TM bowl.
Place butter, sugar and egg in the TM bowl. Mix 1 min/speed 4.
Return date/walnut/weetbix mixture to the TM bowl. Add flour and spices. Mix 30 sec/speed 7.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on trays. Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until brown. Transfer to cooling rack and cool.
