Ingredients

  • 90 g Butter, softened
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 160 g plain flour
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 2 ready made puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cinnamon quills large

Recipe's preparation

    blind bake ready made puff pastry, 10 min 200 degrees. Grind quils then add all other ingredents as per recipie, including orange zest and juice.
  1. Preheat oven to 160C.

     

    Add butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour and Process 10 secs, speed 4.  

     

    When pasrty is cooled add sliced apple on base then Spoon mixture into greased 22cm tart tin. Press in sliced pears and bake for 35-40 minutes. Brush pears with golden syrup. Serve with cream or icecream.

    There are no instructions about how to mix this, no speed indications, no instructions about how much pastry, in what tin etc.

    Please provide more specifics.
