  • 90 g dried cranberries
  • 130 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 60 g raw sugar
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 30 g Shredded Coconut (or dessic)
  • 30 g rice bubbles
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp Slivered almonds or similar
  • 80 Self Raising Flour
  • Choc chips Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 160-180
  1. Mill Cranberries for 5sec on speed 7, set aside.

    Melt butter, honey & sugar for 3min - 80 - speed 2

    Add all other ingredients, including reserved cranberries into TM Bowl (choc chips optional this stage)

    10sec - Reverse - speed 3

    Press mixture firmly into prepared tin lined with baking paper and bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown on the top

Tip

Allow to cool 5 min then using baking paper to lift and transfer to wire rack to cool further before slicing.

    Really good. I substituted 180 grams of uncle Toby's protein mix cereal for the oats and rice bubbles as I had heaps in the cupboard. Will definitely make again  tmrc_emoticons.)
