- 300 g sugar
- 1 Large Orange, zest only
- 230 g Butter, cubed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 350 g bakers flour
- 220 g TM Plain Yoghurt, (can use shop bought)
- 160 g dried cranberries

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat Oven to 175 C, spray/grease Bundt/cake mould and place in fridge for easy cake removal
- Place sugar and orange zest into mixing bowl and grate 5 sec/ speed 9
- Add butter and vanilla and mix 20 sec/ speed 5
- Add eggs, baking powder, flour and yoghurt 25 sec / speed 5
- Scrape sides
- Add cranberries 20 sec / "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5
- Pour mixture into cake mould and place in preheated oven to cook for 45/50min or until wooden skewer inserted into cake comes out clean. Allow cakes to cool in tin for 10mins then carefully transfer to wire rack for 1 hour
