Crunchy Choc Chip Cookies- Grainfree

  • 310 g almonds
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g Butter
  • 40 g Coconut sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 120 g dark chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place almonds, salt and baking powder into bowl, mill 10sec/Sp7
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT CHOC CHIPS, mix 10sec/Sp5
    3. Add choc chips and mix on REVERSE Counter-clockwise operation 5sec/Sp5
    4. Scoop teaspoons of dough onto tray flatten lightly for a crispy yet soft in the middle cookie or press flat with wet hands for a crunchier result.
    5. Bake at 170³C for 10-12minutes
    6. Cool for 15 minutes before serving/handling or they will fall apart.

Accessories you need



*You can drizzle extra chocolate if you wish over the top like i did, or you can leave them as is.

*Try subbing vanilla for Maca powder for a malty taste

*Maybe swirling some peanutbutter through the batter would work too.... i'll keep you posted!
