Recipe's preparation
- Roast pumpkin pieces in oven at 220 degrees until soft. About 30 minutes
- mash pumpkin in thermomix 5seconds speed 7. Allow to cool
- add all ingredients - knead 2 mins locked lid.
- roll out on floured surface and cut rounds about 1.5cm thick
- Bake 180 degrees 15 mins or until sounds hollow when tapped

Tip
Dough is very sticky. Sometimes I have to add another half cup of flour, depends I think on the pumpkin type. I put a lot of flour in my board. Work with very sticky fingers then wet them after I have rolled or flattened out the dough to scape it all off my fingers.
