Recipe's preparation
Add
walnuts to TM bowl and turbo once or twice until desired chunks achieved. Set aside.Add
dates, bi-carb soda and water to TM bowl and heat for 3 minutes on 100c° on
reverse speed.Add
flour, brown sugar and egg and combine by mixing on speed 4 for 10 seconds on
reverse speed.Return
walnuts to TM bowl and combine on speed 2 for 10 seconds on reverse speed.Pour mixture into a greased and lined loaf tin. Bake
in a moderate oven for approximately 30 minutes or until loaf springs back.Serve
warm with TM butter! Yum!
