- 40 g ms walnuts
- 120 g ms dates
- 1 tsp n bi-carb soda
- 220 g ms water
- 240 g ms SR flour
- 110 g ms brown sugar
- 1 egg
Recipe is created for
walnuts to TM bowl and turbo once or twice until desired chunks achieved. Set aside.
dates, bi-carb soda and water to TM bowl and heat for 3 minutes on 100c° on
flour, brown sugar and egg and combine by mixing on speed 4 for 10 seconds on
walnuts to TM bowl and combine on speed 2 for 10 seconds on reverse speed.
Pour mixture into a greased and lined loaf tin. Bake
in a moderate oven for approximately 30 minutes or until loaf springs back.
warm with TM butter! Yum!
Use other dried fruit as desired in place of dates.
