Decadent Chocolate Chip Biscuits

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place mat or baking paper onto metal tray and preheat in oven for 10 mins at 190 degrees Celsius
  2. Melt butter 3 mins 60 deg sp 1
  3. Add beaten egg, butterfly, whisk lightly 1 min sp 3
  4. add flour, sugars, baking powder, almond meal, chocolate chips
  5. Combine 20 secs sp 3
  6. Place about a table spoon of biscuit dough to tray
  7. Bake for 15 to 18 mins or until golden brown & firm to touch.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 mins before removing from tray to a cooling rack
