Recipe's preparation
- Place mat or baking paper onto metal tray and preheat in oven for 10 mins at 190 degrees Celsius
- Melt butter 3 mins 60 deg sp 1
- Add beaten egg, butterfly, whisk lightly 1 min sp 3
- add flour, sugars, baking powder, almond meal, chocolate chips
- Combine 20 secs sp 3
- Place about a table spoon of biscuit dough to tray
- Bake for 15 to 18 mins or until golden brown & firm to touch.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 mins before removing from tray to a cooling rack
