For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Mill castor sugar at speed 6 for 5seconds, add all other ingredients, speed 7 for 10 to 15secs then "Dough mode" for 30/35secs.
Shape as desired, above picture I've shaped into a log and used pizza cutter to cut, other times I've used stars/christmas tree cutters etc
Place in 150 degree oven for 30 to 40minutes. Enjoy.
