- 80 g Butter
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 145 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 60 g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g choc chips/choc buttons

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180deg. Grease or line a square brownie pan
2. Add butter to tmx bowl. Set for 2 mins 90deg sp1.
3. Add cocoa powder, caster sugar then eggs. Mix for 5 secs, sp4. Scrape down sides of bowl.
4. Add flour and baking powder and mix for 10 secs, sp 4. Scrape down sides of bowl.
5. Add choc chips/choc buttons. Mix on reverse, sp 1, 5 secs.
6. Tip into brownie pan and bake for 20-25 mins.
7. Leave to col in pan then cut into 12 squares.
