Ingredients

Muffins

  • 180 g sugar
  • 225 g plain flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 1 tsp Bi Carb Soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 65 g canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 220 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Muffins
  1. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, bicarb and salt 10 seconds speed 4 

    Add oil and mix 10 seconds speed 4 or until stirred through

    Add vanilla, vinegar and water and mix 20 seconds speed 4 or until combined

     

    Fill cupcake papers in muffin tin 2/3 full and bake at 180 degrees C for 15 to 18 minutes

    Just made these with my daughter, we added some choc chips through them. They were moist and delicious!
