- 1 teaspoon imitation vanilla essence
- 250 grams plain flour

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 30 x 20 cm tin.
- Add butter and cocoa to TM bowl. 2 mins and 20 seconds, 40 degrees, speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Add sugar and vanilla essence. Mix 2 mins and 20 seconds, 37 degrees, speed 3
- Add flour. Mix 40 seconds on speed 4.
- Add eggs. Mix 7 mins on speed 3.
- Spread evenly in tin. Bake 20-25 minutes.
- When cool, either ice with chocolate icing OR dust with icing sugar.
