Energy Bites

  • 50 grams flaxseeds
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 160 grams Peanut Butter
  • 120 grams honey
  • 25 grams coconut flakes
  • 90 grams mini choc chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe's preparation

    Energy Bites
  1. Place flaxseed in bowl and grind for 10 seconds on speed 7

  2. Add rolled oats and grind for 5 seconds on  speed 7

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4 - or until combined. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour, then roll into bite sized balls. Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Tip

You can add or substitute other seeds/nuts to taste - chia seeds etc.

    Great recipe! I changed a few ingredients to suit what I had in the cupboard and they turned out perfect (sesame seeds instead of flaxseeds and omitted the chocolate chips). Perfect energy snack. Thanks.
