- 130 g Cashews
- 1 can Chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 110 g honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 60 g chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180 degrees & line a 20cm x 20cm oven dish with baking paper
Chop nuts in TM 10sec / speed 5
Add remaining ingredients except choc chips. Chop for 20sec / speed 5 until a thick batter forms
Stir in choc chips
Spread batter evenly into your oven dish. Bake for 20 - 25min. Do not overbake as they will be dry.
Allow to cool for 10min before cutting into squares.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or add chopped dates with the choc chips if you would like them to be sweeter.
