For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Put 75 g of crystallised ginger in the bowl
"Closed lid" Then
- 3 sec speed 6
- Add all other ingredients then
"Dough mode" 3 mins or until combined
- Turn out on lightly floured mat and roll into a sausage shape, cut them into small balls, dip in sugar, flatten and bake 16 mins or until golden brown
