  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 250 grams Granulated sugar
  • 5 eggs, Large
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees

  2. Grease and line bottom of a 20cm round cake tin

  3. Grate chocolate sp 8 for 10 secs

  4. Add butter and melt at 60 degrees, sp 3 for around 2 - 3 minutes or until melted

  5. Add sugar and mix sp 5 for 5 secs

  6. With blades rotating at sp3, add eggs one at a time and then flour until combined

  7. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes or until the centre is almost firm

  8. Cool in tin for 10 mins and then on wire rack
