If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180*C. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
2. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl, insert measuring cup and mix for 10 sec / speed 9.
3. Roll mixture into approx 12-15 balls and then flatten out and place onto lined baking tray/s.
4. Cook for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Tip
For Crunchy cookies make them thin when flattening out
For Chewy cookies make them thicker when flattening out
Note - they will still be soft when they come out of the oven however they will go crunchy once they cool down.
