      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add butter and milk to bowl, use warm up mode 45c speed 2 until butter is melted and milk is warm.

    2. Add flour, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, and sugar, mix 10 secs speed 3, scrap down sides and mix again 10 secs speed 3.

    3. Preheat waffle maker, add enough mixture to cover the base, don't over fill, cook until golden brownvand crispy, repeat until all mixture is used. Enjoy.
