If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
Melt butter and golden syrup
2 minutes / 60 degrees / speed 2
Add bicarbonate of soda and water
5 seconds / speed 3
Add flour, raw sugar, rolled oats, coconut and vanilla
10 seconds / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 4
Scrape down sides
10 seconds / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 4
Place teaspoon size balls onto baking trays approx 2.5cm apart
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Cool on tray before moving to rack
