Healthy bliss balls
- 100 g pitted dates, Soaked
- 40 g Peanut Butter, Can make your own as I did
- 50 g Desiccated Coconut
- 15 g coconut oil
- 4 pieces whole wheat biscuit, Weet bix*
- 50 g honey
- 20 g cacao nibs, raw
- 2 heaped tablespoons Desiccated Coconut, For rolling

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add dates to a bowl cover in boiling water for ten minutes to enhance flavour
- Add all ingredients to bowl
15 seconds speed 8 - Use aproximately one heaped tablespoon to form each ball and use your hands to roll them into desired shape.
- Roll prepared balls in the reserved coconut.
Refrigerate and enjoy 😉
