Healthy chocolate weetix slice

  • 110 g Saltanas
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 40 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 4 Weetbix
  • 35 g Cacao
  • 80 g Honey or Rice Malt Syrup

Topping

  • 4 level tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 level tbsp coconut oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. Add all slice ingredients to the bowl and mix on speed 6 for 20 secondsClosed lid
  2. Press into a lined loaf tin
    3. Topping
  3. Melt choc chips and coconut oil and spread over the top of the slice and refrigerate
  4. Once set, cut into squares
