  • 150 g raisins
  • 45 g Masala or Brandy
  • 200 g Coarse Polenta
  • 140 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g Butter
  • 180 g warm water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

    Place Rasins and Masala into the TM bowl and heat on100 degrees for 3 mins in Reverse speed 1. Take out and place aside.

    Place butter into TM bowl and melt for 2 mins at 50 degrees on speed 4.

    Add all other ingredients including the rasins into TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds in Reverse speed 4.

    Put into your greased cake tin and bake at 170 degrees for 40 mins.
