- 150 g oats
- 170 g Butter
- 170 g sugar
- 295 g Four, Plain or Self raising
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, Only if using Plain Flour
- 1 level tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- .5 teaspoons salt
- 1 jars Jam, Can use any Jam of your choice, I use Tenina's if I have some made, or homebrand depending

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Cream butter and Sugar 20s/sp4
- Add egg and Vanilla 10s/sp5
- Add dry ingredients ( except oats ) 20s/sp5
- Add Oats 10s/sp6
** If oats aren't combined, mix another 5-10seconds - The dough will be stiff, shape into small balls, place on ungreased cookie sheets ( I use baking paper )
- Place hollow in centre of each ball with thumb or spoon, fill with Jam.
- Bake 10-15 mins or until cooked
Enjoy
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
