- 50 grams almonds, slivered
- 125 grams Butter
- 100 grams Coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 130 grams Self Raising Flour, sifted
- 100 grams rolled oats
- 25 grams corn flakes

Place butter into melt 2 minutes 100 degrees speed
Add sugar zero heat, 1 minute speed 1
Add egg, 10 seconds speed 4.5
Add flour, almonds, oats and corn flakes reverse 5 seconds speed 2 or until combined
Place spoonfuls on greased baking tray and bake 10-15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
