Keto Donuts

  • 70 grams Coconut Flour
  • 35 grams sweetner of choice, I use Sukrin brand
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 120 grams sour cream
  • 70 grams thickened cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Coating

  • 35 grams sweetener, I used sukrin again
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 20 grams Butter

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put a medium bowl on your Thermomix lid, and weigh in dry ingredients. Sit aside.

    Place sour cream, thickened cream, eggs and vanilla in bowl.

    20 secs /speed 4 and during that time, add the dry mixture through the Thermomix lid hole, 1 big spoon at a time.

    Scrape down sides of bowl if necessary, and mix again for 3 seconds.

    Pour batter in to a greased donut tray.

    Bake for 10-15mins or until golden brown.

    Remove donuts and let cool.

    In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.

    Melt some butter, either in cleaned Thermomix bowl, or microwave.

    Dip top of donut in butter, then straight in to cinnamon sugar.
