You can make your own quark by simply making joghurt in your Thermomix and draining it over night in a teatowel/strainer. Good luck! tmrc_emoticons.)

Where can we buy Quark from?  I haven't been successful in my searches for quark, is it a product we can make ourselves in the Thermomix?
