      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Pre-heat oven 160 Fan
    2. Greaze or line baking tray with baking paper
    3. Cream butter and sugar for 30 seconds speed 5
    4. Add all other ingredients and mix 30 seconds approx on seed 5 repeat if needed until mix comes togeather.
    5. Roll Tablspoons of mixture into balls and place on the prepard baking trays leaving room to spreed. Press each ball lightly with a floured fork to flatten.
    6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly brown

Tip

1. I divide mix in half and add Choc chips and 1 TBSP Milo to one lot and 2 TBSP Passionfruit to the other
