  • 300 g bakers flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 g kombucha, flavoured works best as it gives it sweetness

Recipe's preparation

    Scones
  1. Preheat over to 200 and lightly flour a cooking tray

  2. Place all dry ingredients in bowl and mix 3sec/sp5

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix 6 sec sp6 until combined

  4. Put lid to closed position Closed lid and knead dough mode for 20 sec

  5. Turn out onto lightly floured board and work gently to press 3cm thick. Use a cookie cutter or cup to cut out scones and place on tray touching each other.

  6. Place in oven and cook 15-18mins until cooked.
