- 250 g unsalted butter, Chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 g icing sugar
- 50 g Cheddar cheese, Dairy Lea cheddar, Grated finely, kept in fridge until use

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 135 degrees.
Place all biscuit ingredients in the bowl. - Mix 15s/Sp 5.
- Kneed
"Dough mode" for 1m.
- Roll out dough between two pieces of baking paper. Roll out to 1cm thickness and cut shapes as desired.
- Place shapes on two lined baking trays and bake at 135degrees for 35 minutes, rotating trays halfway.
- While cookies are baking, mix the icing coating ingredients together in a shallow bowl.
- When the cookies come out of the oven immediately roll the cookies 5-6 at a time in the icing coating mixture.
- Cool on trays before storing in an airtight container.
