  • 350 g mixed nuts and seeds
  • 50 g desiccated/shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa nibs
  • 50 g coconut oil, melted
  • 4 tablespoon tahini or nut butter, i used peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sweetener of choice or more, to your taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation



    1. Place all the ingredients in the Thermomix.


    2. Pulse a few times on Turbo 1sec until combined and still pieces of nuts and seeds can be seen.


    3. Place in a greased and lined 18cmx27cm / 7x10 inch baking dish. Or if you have the Thermomix silicon snack moulds perfect just press mixture into the moulds and place on a tray


    4. Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes or until golden, not burnt.


    5. Can be drizzled with 90% chocolate.

    I made these today and used the Thermomix silicone bar moulds although I only had one set. For the rest of the mix I put them in a mini muffin tin.

    So nice! Thanks for the recipe.
