      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat Oven, 180c, Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  1. Weigh in all ingredients.

    USeCounter-clockwise operation Speed 4 and combine until dough combiles in a ball. (Doesnt take much, keep an eye on it.)

    Press dough on tray about 5 cm thick into a rectangle shape.

    Cut dough into 4cm by 4cm squares, separate the squares slightly.

    BAke for 15 minutes, or until they sound hollow.

    Serve with more butter, cream, jam, honey.  YUMMO

Dont over work the dough, if it gets warm pop it in the fridge.
