If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
1 Add dry ingredients to bowl (ensure bowl is dry)
2. Mix 20 sec, speed 6. Tip into a separate bowl for later.
1. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugars together speed 3, 30seconds.
2. Replace lids and mix 1 minute, speed 5.
3. Remove lid, scrape down sides and inset butterfly.
4. Whip 1 minute, speed 4.
5. Remove lid, scape down sides of bowl. Add vanilla and essential oil drops and egg.
6. Whip 1 minute, speed 4.
7. Remove lid, remove butterfly and scrape down sides.
8. Add dry ingredients and mix 30 seconds speed 4. Check to see if well mixed and repeat if needed.
8. Place spoonfuls onto prepared oven trays and cook for 8-10 minutes until very lightly browned.
9. Leave to cool slightly on tray and sprinkle with extra icing sugar.

Tip
I've used DoTerra essential oils as they are certified safe to use in food.
The dough will taste stronger than the cooked biscuits, so adjust amount of essential oils according to taste.
