Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
Line base and sides of a 18 x 28cm slice tin
Mix sugar, coconut, flour and butter 15sec/speed 4-5
Press mixture into lined slice tin. Bake for 10-12mins until lightly golden.
Clean and dry the bowl.
Combine condensed milk, passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and mix 5 sec/Speed 3
Pour mixture over cooked base and bake for a further 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool overnight in the fridge.
Lift the slice from the pan. Peel away paper and cut into 24 squares. Drizzle with extra passionfruit pulp before serving.

I made this thismorning.
I made this thismorning. While it is delicious, the base is quite hard and and the mix was very dry. I threw nearly half out as there was way too much for the pan size. There seems to be a lot of flour and coconut for the amount of butter required
