Lemon Icing

  • 150g icing sugar
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Lemon Rosemary Cake

  • 250g butter,soft
  • 250g SR flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 2-3tsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • zest of lemon
  • 4 eggs
  • 60g Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Lemon & Rosemary Cake
  1. Preheat Ovaen to 180 degrees & grease & line your cake tin. It looks great in a Baba pan if you have one.

    (if you need to make your icing sugar for the icing do this first before making your cake mix & put to one side)

    Place rosemary, lemon zest & sugar into the TM bowl & chop for 10 secs speed 10. Add remaining ingredients & mix for 5 secs speed 4, scrape down the sides of the bowl & repeat until smooth.

    Place into cake tin & bake for 45 mins or until cooked. allow to cool before spreading the icing on top.

     

     

     

  2. Lemon Icing
  3. Place all ingredients into the TM bowl & mix for 5 secs speed 6.
