- 150g icing sugar
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 250g butter,soft
- 250g SR flour
- 250g sugar
- 2-3tsp fresh rosemary leaves
- zest of lemon
- 4 eggs
- 60g Milk
Preheat Ovaen to 180 degrees & grease & line your cake tin. It looks great in a Baba pan if you have one.
(if you need to make your icing sugar for the icing do this first before making your cake mix & put to one side)
Place rosemary, lemon zest & sugar into the TM bowl & chop for 10 secs speed 10. Add remaining ingredients & mix for 5 secs speed 4, scrape down the sides of the bowl & repeat until smooth.
Place into cake tin & bake for 45 mins or until cooked. allow to cool before spreading the icing on top.
Place all ingredients into the TM bowl & mix for 5 secs speed 6.
