      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

    Place carrot in Closed lid, but lid on and insert MC. Grate carrot.  5sec/sp5

     

  2. Scape down sides. Add eggs. Weigh oil.  Replace lid and MC.  Mix 5sec/sp5

  3. weigh flour, sugar and add remaining ingredients. Mix Counter-clockwise operation 10sec/sp5

  4. Pour into a greased 20cm ring tin.  Bake in pre heard oven, 180 degrees c, 35-40 minutes.

Tip

I use olive oil, but it does have a strong flavour so substitute for whatever oil you prefer.
