Light lemonade scones

  • 320 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 150 grams cream, UHT cream works fine
  • 150 grams Lemonade

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Place flour & salt in mixing bowl. 5 sec / SP 5 / MC on.
  3. Add cream & lemonade to mixing bowl. 15 sec Dough mode
  4. Place dough on lightly floured surface.
  5. Press out to approx 3cm thick.
  6. Use cutter or cup to cut 20 rounds. Placing each on lined baking tray, just touching each other.
  7. Bake for approx 10 - 15 minutes.
