Tip

I have made this with many different types of fruit, whatever needs using up.

Suggestions of good combo's - Nectarine and white choc chips, nectarine and strawberry, apple and cinnamon.

  • Lovely muffins. I just made

    Submitted by Fitzys on 1. June 2015 - 11:09.

Lovely muffins. I just made some with Guava as our neighbours tree is loaded & there isn't many recipes around to use them with. I scooped flesh out from skin & chopped for 5 secs on 5 & then added them as per recipe & sprinkled muffin tops with cinnamon sugar. Yummo.

    Submitted by Nate's Mum on 2. May 2015 - 07:53.

Great recipe. I used pear, white chocolate and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on the top. Muffins were light and fluffy, will include diced pear as well to fold in as I prefer more chunks of fruit. Definately make again, thank you for the recipe. tmrc_emoticons.)
