  • Tastes great! I used a square

    Submitted by PrincessMummy on 11. May 2016 - 20:02.

    Tastes great!

I used a square tin, which needs to be lined. Cooked the base for 15-20 minutes in a 180 degree preheated fanforced oven. I rolled out the base with a cup as I had trouble with doing this.

Also I used greek yoghurt instead of cream and normal milk instead of the coconut milk. Worked out great!

This was lovely. Very light and tangy. Beautiful flavours. Will definitely make again. Loved the lime flavour but looking forward to trying it with lemon too.

  • Do you think this would work

    Submitted by Chris-Ross82 on 15. October 2013 - 21:56.

Do you think this would work if I sub the whipping cream for coconut cream? Sounds yum! Dairy intolerant.. Thanks!
