If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 Celcius. Grease and line base of a loaf tin.
1. Place bananas, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup in TM bowl and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds then scrape down sides.
2. Add flour, almond meal, baking powder, oats, salt and cinnamon and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds or until combined.
3. Add Choc Chips mix on speed 5 for 4 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" .
4. Pour mix into loaf tin.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown
