    Submitted by CAG69 on 11. January 2015 - 02:25.

Just cooked this with a some subsitutions as my husband is on a very strict Low Fodmaps, no dairy, unrefined sugar diet. Substituted carob for chocolate, cacao powder for coco powder, Nuttelex for butter and rapadura sugar for sugar. Results were fantastic.  Really tasty.  Will definately be cooking again and again.  Thanks.

A really tasty cake! I omitted the sugar and added 70g of pure maple syrup. It disappeared as soon as it was out of the oven. A keeper!   Cooking 7

Yum! Thank you for the recipe! Just re-starting strict low fodmap, and am grateful for a treat! tmrc_emoticons.)

I added about 1/2-2/3 cup of gluten free flour to get a more cake like consistency, still beautiful and moist.
