  • 50 g macadamia nuts
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams Chopped peanuts
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams pepitas
  • 50 grams chia seeds

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Granola
  1. 1. Add walnuts and macadamia nuts to the mixing bowl. Chop speed 5, for 5 seconds. Transfer into a bowl.
    2. Place a bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh linseeds, pepitas, chia, sunflower, psyllium husk and peanuts into bowl.
    3. Place maple syrup and butter into mixing bowl. Cook 5 mins, 50degrees, speed 3.
    4. Tip butter mix into the bowl with nuts and seeds and mix through with a spatula.
    5. Tip onto lined baking tray
    6. Bake in the oven at 180degrees for 10mins or until golden brown.
