      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius.

  2.  

    Chop chocolate 2 seconds/speed 8.  Change this to your liking, I made the chocolate quite small.

  3.  

    Set chocolate aside.

  4.  

    Melt butter 1 min 30 seconds/90 degrees/speed 2.

  5.  

    Add chocolate and remaining ingredients, mix through 30 seconds/reverse speed 2.

  6.  

    Rest mix for 5 minutes.

  7.  

    Squeeze dough together to form biscuits.  Bake 30 minutes.
