- 115 g Butter
- 125 g sugar
- 170 g SR flour
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g golden syrup
- 200 g condensed milk
- Add butter and Sugar in TM bowl, cream together 5sec / Speed 5. Scrap side of bowl and repeat.
Add flour and mix 5 sec / Speed 5. Should be a tick crumble. Press into slice tin.
Melt butter 1 min / 70 degrees/ Speed 2
Add Golden Syrup and Condensed milk 2min / 70 degrees / Speed 2.
Spread over base. Bake in Moderate oven for 30 minutes
Icing - use either melted Chocolate or Chocolate icing
200g Chocolate in bowl. Blitz 10sec / Speed 7.
Melt 1 min / 40 degree / Speed 3 or until melted.
Spread over top and put in fridge to set.
Tip: to clean the bowl after the melted chocolate add a cup of milk.. either cold or warm milk and blitz for 10 seconds!
