If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre Heat oven to 160deg Fan forced or 180deg normal.
Line trays with baking paper.
Ensure you use MC in each step! - Place Raw Sugar into "Closed lid" & mill 5sec/sp9
Add Butter, Vanilla, & Brown Sugar to "Closed lid" 15sec/sp6
Scrape down sides of "Closed lid" .
Add whole Egg to "Closed lid" mix 15sec/sp6
Scrape down sides of "Closed lid" .
Add Flour to "Closed lid" 10sec/sp3
Knead "Dough mode" 30sec
Add Choc Chips & Macadamia Nuts "Counter-clockwise operation" 10sec/sp3. - Roll teaspoons of mixture into a ball place on lined baking tray with even spacing, allowing for mixture to spread during cooking. ( I work on approximately 2cm between each roll of dough).
Bake until a light golden colour, allow to cool on tray! Mixture is soft whilst warm.
